1. Order processing
Orders are processed during business hours. After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation and, where needed, our team may contact the customer to confirm product availability, delivery details, and payment status.
2. Delivery area
Toy City delivers orders within Ukraine, except for areas where delivery services are temporarily unavailable or restricted because of safety, logistics, or carrier limitations.
3. Delivery methods
Available delivery methods may include Nova Poshta branch delivery, Nova Poshta parcel locker delivery where available, courier delivery by available carriers where available, and other delivery methods shown during checkout or agreed with the customer.
4. Delivery time
Typical delivery time within Ukraine is approximately 1–3 business days after order confirmation and handover to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of carrier workload, weather, security situation, holidays, or other circumstances outside Toy City’s control.
5. Delivery cost
Delivery cost is calculated according to the selected carrier’s tariffs and/or shown during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the customer pays delivery costs.
6. Receiving the order
Please check the parcel at the carrier branch, parcel locker, or during courier delivery before accepting it where possible. Check that the packaging is not seriously damaged, the product matches the order, and the product is complete with no visible damage. If the parcel or product is damaged, record the issue with the carrier and contact Toy City as soon as possible.
7. Payment methods
Toy City may accept online card payments through LiqPay/PrivatBank hosted checkout and other payment methods shown at checkout. Card payment availability depends on the payment provider and bank processing.
8. Payment security
Online card payment is processed through the payment provider’s secure checkout page. Toy City does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on the website.
9. Order cancellation
If you want to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been sent, return and refund rules may apply after the parcel is received back and inspected.
